About the role

The Production Maintenance Manager leads the manufacturing maintenance team, overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, budget and safety to maximize uptime and support Anduril’s fast‑growing production lines.

Requirements

  • 7+ years progressive experience in manufacturing maintenance.
  • 3–5 years experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory role in fast‑paced production.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
  • Proficiency with CMMS software.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and P&IDs.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (eligible for export‑controlled information).
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb and lift up to 50 lb regularly.
  • Ability to work in noisy, temperature‑varying, dusty manufacturing environments.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including occasional nights, weekends or holidays.
  • Capability to wear required PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection and safety shoes.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems up to 480 V, PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens), VFDs and motor controls.
  • Expertise in mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes and power transmission.
