About the role
The Manager, Product Sourcing Engineering leads a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers, serving as the central supply‑chain hub for product development, partnering with engineering, program and production leadership to drive strategic sourcing, cost, quality and delivery goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or a related technical field
- 8+ years experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment focused on complex mechanical/electrical assembly supply‑chain or production
- 5+ years experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Ability to relocate to onsite location in Costa Mesa, CA
- MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high‑tech or related industry (preferred)
- Proven ability to lead and influence large teams toward common goals (preferred)
- Team‑player mindset with flexibility to perform individual contributor tasks while managing a small team (preferred)
