Job description

About the role

The Manager, Data Engineering leads a team of about nine engineers and contractors, combining hands‑on Oracle PL/SQL work with people management to modernize LucyRx’s enterprise data platform. The role drives delivery, quality, and migration from an Oracle‑centric environment to a cloud‑based analytics ecosystem (Snowflake), while coaching the team and shaping technical standards.

About the company

LucyRx is an independent, next‑generation pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) that aims to transform healthcare by putting people first and leveraging its proprietary AI platform, LucyIQ, to lower costs and simplify prescription management. The remote‑first, fast‑moving company is mission‑driven, challenging outdated PBM norms with a supportive, accountable culture.
