Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls
- Preferred: Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology
- Preferred: Experience with Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP)
