About the role
The Lube Technician/Mechanic I joins the Fleet & Equipment team to perform routine and preventative maintenance on light‑duty trucks, trailers and construction equipment, keep the fleet safe and ready, assist senior mechanics, maintain service records, and support overall fleet reliability.

Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge with hands‑on experience preferred.
- Prior experience as a lube technician, mechanic helper, fleet technician, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic preventative maintenance and use common hand tools.
- Capability to identify basic mechanical issues and communicate problems to senior mechanics.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and develop mechanical skills.
