The Litigation Paralegal works on‑site supporting attorneys throughout the case lifecycle—pre‑trial, trial and post‑trial—by preparing documents, managing discovery, coordinating filings, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth litigation proceedings.

Requirements
- Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of litigation experience (preferred)
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
- Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, premises, or other injury-related practice areas (preferred)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Extensive computer and database expertise, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
