Requirements

- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodology (preferred).
- Experience with Military Decision‑Making Process or equivalent (preferred).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
