About the role

The Lead People Partner joins Socure’s People Team to act as an experienced HR business partner for executive leaders or high‑impact teams, delivering people programs, advising on complex employee‑relations issues, driving organizational effectiveness, and shaping an inclusive culture using analytics and AI‑enabled tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR certification or MBA preferred.
  • 6–8 years of relevant HRBP, HR, or people‑facing experience supporting senior leaders.
  • In‑depth knowledge of HR policies, case management, employment law, and compliance.
  • Track record of coaching managers, managing complex employee relations, and driving people analytics.
  • Experience designing and implementing organizational change, talent strategies, and succession planning.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday), reporting, and AI/survey analysis platforms.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive information with integrity.
