The Lead Data Analyst (Network) drives data‑driven initiatives for Agero’s network group, turning complex data into actionable insights, building advanced models and real‑time dashboards, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to improve network supply‑demand, performance, and provider relationships.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; degree emphasizing data analysis and communication preferred
• Minimum 5 years of business and data analysis experience
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong problem‑solving skills and business acumen
• Experience with data management, including validation and auditing of data and reports from multiple systems
• Demonstrated project and task management capability
• Experience with BI tools, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (required)
• High attention to detail and commitment to performance excellence
• Authorized to work in the United States full‑time; no visa sponsorship
