About the role

The Junior Public Affairs Specialist will join MioDottore’s Italian team, reporting to the Head of Public Affairs & Public Market Access. The role supports public affairs, institutional relations and stakeholder engagement, helping manage regulatory dossiers focused on digital health, AI, innovation and public‑private partnerships, and works cross‑functionally to align business priorities with policy developments.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in public affairs, institutional relations, strategic consulting, trade associations or regulated sectors (ideally healthcare, pharma, digital health or innovation)
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian institutional and political environment
  • Interest in healthcare, digital health, innovation and public policy
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent writing skills for drafting institutional and policy‑related materials
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across complex dossiers
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good level of English
  • Degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Economics or related fields
  • Previous exposure to healthcare or pharma‑related dossiers (preferred)
  • Familiarity with lobbying activities, stakeholder mapping and policy monitoring (preferred)
  • Very hands‑on attitude, strong attention to detail and reliability (preferred)
  • Ability to move comfortably from analysis to drafting and operational execution (preferred)
