About the role
Junior AP Accountant responsible for day-to-day cash and accounts payable operations for the Polish entity, supporting month-end close and collaborating with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounts payable or accounting role.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience with any accounting system (Optima, SAP, NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills and solid command of other MS Office tools.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- English and Polish proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
- Ability to work office hours 9 AM–5 PM or 10 AM–6 PM depending on business needs.
- Experience with NetSuite (nice to have).
- Experience in preparing VAT returns (nice to have).
