About the role
The Electrical Journeyman – Industrial performs high‑quality electrical field work on water and wastewater facilities, reports to the Field Foreman, trains and leads apprentices and crews, and helps ensure project efficiency and safety.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years documented experience in electrical industrial construction, specifically water/wastewater projects
- Ability to supervise a Journeyman and crew up to 6 employees
- Excellent understanding of the electrical industry
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and high‑quality workmanship skills
- Highly curious and motivated to continue education and professional development
- Willingness to travel to job sites within a 50‑mile radius
