About the role
As a member of the Joint Test & Evaluation Support Cell (JTSC), you will support programmatic evaluation and analysis of Combatant Command test nominations and their execution, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, applying statistical and modeling techniques, and delivering data‑driven recommendations to enhance joint military operations.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience as described).
- Master’s Degree in a non‑technical field combined with 10+ years of ORSA‑related experience in military or government civilian roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field plus at least 5 years of ORSA‑related experience (totaling 10 years).
- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and human‑factors analysis.
- Experience developing test and evaluation plans (preferred).
