Requirements
- 7 years experience in systems analysis and design of information systems programs.
- 3 years experience administering Jira and Confluence.
- 3+ years experience with Bamboo and Bitbucket.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field plus three additional years of related experience.
- Knowledge of Agile principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a moderate‑risk public‑trust government security clearance.
- Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (preferred).
- Working knowledge of networking, DNS, databases, APIs, SAML and Akamai.
- Consulting experience with a Federal agency, especially DHS.
- Ability to write custom JQL (a plus).
- Experience with Federal Systems Engineering Life Cycles (SELC) and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
- Experience with government software development policies and procedures (preferred).
- Client‑facing communication experience (preferred).
- Federal agency‑issued security clearance (preferred).
