Wealth Management IRA Associate responsible for servicing and processing time‑sensitive, high‑risk IRA transactions for Private Client Advisors, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and supporting advisors and administrators with distributions and required minimum distributions.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of the IRA field.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to resolve problems and identify and drive process improvements.

• Motivated, organized self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Inquisitive, agile, strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
• 2+ years experience in finance or investment management (preferred).
• Experience with or knowledge of IRAs (preferred).
• Knowledge of trust industry and terminology (preferred).
• Certified IRA Services Professional with ABA (CISP) (preferred).
