Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, cross‑dock, or distribution environments.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Made4Net) and Transportation Management Systems (preferably Uber Freight TMS).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate data discrepancies across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating cross‑functionally.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse or cross‑dock setting.
• Prior experience in inventory control, cycle counting, dock audit, shipment reconciliation, or warehouse systems support (preferred).
• Experience supporting customer‑facing inventory or shipment reporting (preferred).
• Familiarity with root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, or continuous improvement processes (preferred).
• Experience training warehouse associates on system compliance or standard work (preferred).
• Ability to create and maintain daily dashboards, trackers, or KPI reports (preferred).
