About the role
The Materials Associate ensures accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintains clean and organized work areas, verifies product quality, and documents orders, supporting the Materials Team that keeps inventory flowing smoothly through Base’s battery manufacturing facility.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift 50-70 lb and perform demanding physical tasks up to 12 hours per day.
- Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable with manual labor and physically demanding environment, including stooping, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, crouching, and twisting for prolonged periods.
