The High School Intervention Specialist (grades 9‑12) works remotely to adapt curriculum, develop and manage IEPs, teach independent living, literacy, communication and math skills to students with diverse disabilities, collaborating with teachers, parents and related services teams.

Requirements

• State of Ohio Intervention Specialist License
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web applications
• Ability to pass required background check
• Preferred: Minimum 1 year classroom experience
• Preferred: Master’s degree emphasizing Special Education
• Preferred: 3+ years classroom experience in Special Education
