About the role
The Strategy & Operations Lead on the International Strategy & Operations team in London will drive data‑backed decisions across Faire’s international business, lead end‑to‑end strategic projects, and partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing to shape growth initiatives and new market launches.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, finance, consulting or business operations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Strong business judgment and ability to work across product, go‑to‑market and operational topics
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- SQL experience strongly preferred
- Ability to execute across multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality insights on time
