The Deployment Lead on the Air Defense team is responsible for delivering, installing, and sustaining air‑defense capabilities in the Middle East, managing deployment projects, acting as the customer liaison, and providing deep mission and product expertise.

Requirements
- Advanced STEM degree or at least 4 years of technical work experience, preferably in defense, national security or aerospace
- Highly organized creative problem‑solver with proven project‑management skills
- Proven experience leading tech‑enabled peer teams and building influence through relationships
- Strong interest in national‑security issues and defense technologies with a commitment to lifelong learning
- Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the year (≈35 % Middle East, ≈15 % other locations)
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Prior experience working in the Middle East with foreign military or civilian partners (preferred)
- Arabic speaking a plus (preferred)
