Intern/Co-op - Talent Acquisition (Fall 2026)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Intern/Co‑op will join Langan’s Human Resources team in Parsippany, NJ, supporting talent acquisition reporting, compliance, and recruitment coordination by partnering with HR stakeholders, managing job postings, candidate communications, data reporting and assisting recruiters throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, or related HR coursework.
• Ability to work at least 25 hours per week.
• Prior office environment work experience.
• Strong interest in full life‑cycle recruitment.
• High self‑motivation.
• Superior interpersonal skills and positive demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, stay flexible and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
