The Instructional Designer will create modern, AI‑enhanced learning experiences for INFUSE Academy, partnering with subject‑matter experts to design blended, self‑paced programs that meet business goals and support adult professionals.

Requirements
- Proven background in instructional design and AI implementation.
- Understanding of large language model capabilities and limitations (e.g., GPT‑4).
- Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs or similar AI tools for learning solutions.
- Detail‑oriented, innovative mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
- Strong creative problem‑solving skills with a focus on making learning experiences smarter and more engaging.
