About the role
The HUMINT Targeting Specialist – Subject Matter Expert will support USSOCOM staff from Fort Liberty, NC, handling the full HUMINT lifecycle—collection planning, lead generation, exploitation, analysis, coordination, reporting and adaptive planning—while developing courses of action, integrating HUMINT into broader targeting plans and mentoring teams.

Requirements
- Minimum eight years of experience in an analytic or targeting role within a National Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command staff, or DoD operational units
- At least five years of experience providing targeting support to HUMINT operations or programs
- Graduated from Targeting Foundations Course, HUMINT Targeting Training Seminar, Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course, or equivalent legacy courses
- Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis
- Expert knowledge of HUMINT theory, doctrine, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies and related skills
- Expert knowledge in applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex HUMINT targeting information
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
