About the role
The Home Health Registered Nurse delivers skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, develops and implements individualized care plans with physicians, monitors conditions, educates patients and families, documents care, reports to physicians and the Clinical Manager, and oversees Home Health Aides.

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation meeting company minimum limits.
- Experience in medical‑surgical, ICU, ER or other acute care settings.
- Experience collaborating with a healthcare team.
- Preferred: at least one year of nursing experience.
- Preferred: Home Health nursing experience.
