The Head of AI Solutions & Creative Technology leads the imagination, architecture, rapid prototyping, and delivery of AI‑first technology solutions, working directly with clients and internal teams to define problems, design innovative solutions, and oversee hands‑on development and technical delivery in an agency setting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solutions architecture and AI‑assisted software development
• Full‑stack application development expertise, including frontend, backend, databases, APIs, authentication, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to create AI‑powered experiences, agents, and automation workflows
• Strong background in creative technology, rapid prototyping, and product thinking
• Experience designing and optimizing business processes and automation using SaaS, integration platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel) and CRM systems
• Ability to lead technical discovery, client consulting, and translate vague requirements into clear technical specifications
• Track record of managing freelance/contract developers and technical project leadership
• Proficiency with AI development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Replit, GitHub, and AI coding agents
• Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Creative problem‑solving mindset; obsession with emerging AI tools and using them as force multipliers
• Capability to operate hands‑on, troubleshoot complex bugs, and intervene when AI‑generated code is insufficient
• Comfortable working directly with clients, CEOs, and cross‑functional teams in an agency environment
• Ability to assess build vs. buy vs. outsource decisions and consider business outcomes, cost, scalability, and maintainability
• Experience with security, performance optimization, and ensuring maintainable solutions post‑launch
