About the role

The Head of Aftermarket Strategy & Offering Management, based in London, will create and lead a function that defines and manages post‑production service offerings for Anduril’s defense products, working closely with corporate strategy, divisions, finance and contracts to shape competitive, profitable services and support mission readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field
  • 15+ years of experience in business strategy, product management, business analysis, aircraft/component maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO), field services or finance
  • Minimum of two years managing at least five employees
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Based in London, UK or able to relocate
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK security clearance
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry customers, OEMs and service providers (preferred)
  • Prior experience in sustainment or aftermarket solutions business such as logistics, repairs/MRO, spare parts, field or connectivity services (preferred)
  • Proven success creating innovative service offerings for highly‑engineered products (preferred)
  • Experience managing portfolios of product or service offerings, including customer segmentation, value proposition, value pricing and contract profit modeling (preferred)
  • Familiarity with A&D industry knowledge networks (preferred)
  • Global or multi‑regional industry exposure (preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate across a broad cross‑functional organization with shared accountability (preferred)
  • Experience maturing offerings from prototype/early stage to repeatable volume across multiple contracts (preferred)
  • Negotiation training or experience (preferred)
  • Willingness to make trade‑offs for speed, impact and risk (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop teams (preferred)
