The handyman will serve a territory of 40‑50 homes, performing multi‑trade repair and maintenance tasks, handling customer service, and using the company app to schedule and track work.

Requirements
- 5+ years of handyman or multi‑trade experience
- Skilled across multiple trade areas under guidance of carpenters, drywallers, painters, plumbers, and electricians
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred
- Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trades
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability to independently assess and fix home issues
- Attention to detail for clean caulk lines, professional patching, and painting
- Customer‑friendly attitude with strong listening, communication, and proactive skills
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and personal tools
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet
