About the role
The Global Supply Manager will own supplier relationships and sourcing for hardware manufacturing, partnering with engineering, manufacturing and logistics to execute the product roadmap, develop commodity strategies, negotiate contracts and ensure supply continuity.

Requirements
- Experience sourcing board‑level electronics (passives, actives, interconnects) with full lifecycle management.
- Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in a similar role.
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible mindset and temperament.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (≈25 % travel).
- Proven record of applying first‑principles thinking in supplier negotiations.
- Proven ability to manage escalations up to the executive level with suppliers.
- Quick learner who can prioritize to meet customer and company needs.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
