The Global Service Delivery Manager in the Managed Solutions Division (based in Wroclaw) owns the service delivery strategy for assigned global customers, leads and mentors a worldwide delivery team, ensures SLA compliance, and balances two days on‑site collaboration with three days remote work.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Minimum 6 years logistics or supply‑chain operations experience
- Minimum 3 years direct or indirect management experience
- Ability to travel up to 10 % domestically/internationally
- Flexibility to work across global regions
- Demonstrated experience driving operational excellence through standardized practices and continuous improvement (preferred)
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop service delivery teams, including people managers (preferred)
- Strong business acumen, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills (preferred)
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities (preferred)
- Commitment to integrity, collaboration, diversity and inclusion (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (preferred)
