About the role

The General Superintendent oversees large‑scale construction projects, leads field leadership teams, ensures adherence to budget, schedule, safety and quality objectives, and acts as the primary liaison between executive leadership, project teams and field operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent education and progressive construction leadership experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years superintendent experience managing ground‑up commercial, industrial or civil projects valued at $50 million or more.
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects such as data centers, healthcare facilities, transportation infrastructure, industrial facilities or high‑rise buildings.
  • Thorough knowledge of building, electrical, life‑safety and construction codes, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and resource planning.
  • Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals and RFIs to ensure successful execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects and field teams.
  • Experience leading projects exceeding $100 million in total construction value (preferred).
  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).
  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar (preferred).
