About the role
The General Manager, Invoice Simple is the senior leader responsible for the product’s strategy, growth and overall business performance. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio, the GM drives revenue, retention and profitability, defines product‑led growth plans, aligns cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, Research, Support) and communicates results to senior leadership, all without direct line‑management authority.

Requirements
- 10+ years experience in SaaS product, growth or general management roles with ownership of business‑level outcomes
- Proven track record leading a SaaS product or product line responsible for revenue growth, retention and profitability
- Strong understanding of product‑led growth and subscription SaaS economics
- Demonstrated ability to operate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data and Customer teams
- Experience setting strategy, making trade‑offs and driving execution without direct line management of all contributors
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills; comfortable using data to guide priorities and assess performance
- Clear, confident communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing outcomes
- BS/BA required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
