The Infusion Nurse Practitioner provides hands‑on infusion services and clinical oversight in an outpatient infusion center, working hybrid (2 days onsite) to deliver high‑quality patient care, ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with providers and patients throughout the infusion journey.

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York.
- Minimum two years’ experience in outpatient or infusion‑based care.
- Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
