Full Stack Automation Engineer

About the role

The Full Stack Automation Engineer will design, build, and scale AI‑powered end‑to‑end systems—from LLM pipelines and retrieval‑augmented generation to dashboards and background workers—taking full ownership of solving complex problems rather than following preset tickets.

Requirements

• Production LLM experience with Claude or OpenAI deployed in live systems
• RAG system experience including embeddings, retrieval, chunking, and context handling
• 3+ years of TypeScript/Node.js development
• 2-3 years building end‑to‑end production systems spanning backend services, AI pipelines, and frontend dashboards
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Strong React skills covering component architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• PostgreSQL expertise including queries, migrations, indexing, and query optimisation
• API integration experience with REST, OAuth, and webhooks
• Linux server experience such as SSH, log analysis, debugging, and deployments
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Terraform, and Docker
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours
• Preferred: Experience with multi‑agent LLM systems and orchestration
• Preferred: Anthropic Claude expertise including prompt engineering, tool use, and system prompts
• Preferred: Knowledge of vector search and embeddings (pgvector, Pinecone, or similar)
• Preferred: Slack API and bot development experience
• Preferred: Experience with ad platform APIs (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Preferred: LLM observability skills like cost tracking, tracing, and monitoring
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI‑assisted developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
