About the role

The Founding Growth Lead will own and build the growth function from scratch, creating the technical infrastructure, frameworks and processes to drive developer awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention. Working cross‑functionally with product, engineering and marketing, they will shape roadmap, pricing and packaging, run product launches, build a developer ecosystem, run performance marketing, SEO and content initiatives, and translate adoption into revenue growth.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and view constant change as opportunity.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends hands‑on with the latest technical innovations.
  • Solution‑oriented mindset, focusing on ideas and execution rather than org charts.
  • Perspective of marketing as an engineerable, automatable product surface.
  • Prior exposure to product‑led growth strategy and usage‑based business models.

  • Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate and work on‑site in the South Bay office a few days per week.
