Requirements
- 2+ years building production full‑stack applications.
- Strong Python skills; proficiency with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for RESTful and async APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with React/Next.js and modern TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Familiarity with distributed systems (Celery, Kafka, PostgreSQL) and data pipelines (Airflow, Spark/Flink).
- Comfortable with AWS (or similar), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to deliver customer‑impacting features quickly in a startup environment.
- Experience orchestrating LLMs with LangChain or OpenAI function calling; multi‑agent systems a plus.
- Background in information retrieval, vector search, or embeddings.
- Exposure to real‑time streaming frameworks (Kafka, Kinesis).
- Previous startup or founding team experience.
- Notable open‑source contributions or standout personal projects.
