About the role
As a founding member of Percepta’s data team you will own the full data stack—from building pipelines, models and ontologies that turn messy enterprise data into AI‑ready assets, to creating internal tooling and product abstractions that accelerate and standardize that work across customers, while shaping data strategy.

Requirements
- Strong experience in a combination of data science, data engineering and/or machine learning
- Product instinct to build tooling that streamlines data work
- Understanding of modern AI/ML and LLM data requirements such as features, retrieval, context and embeddings
- High ownership, strong communication skills and comfort embedding with customer teams
- Nice to have: experience building agentic or automated data‑engineering tooling
- Nice to have: hands‑on experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
- Nice to have: experience with health‑system or other complex regulated enterprise data
- Nice to have: prior startup, founding or forward‑deployed experience
