Founding AI Engineer responsible for owning and building the end‑to‑end intelligence layer of the platform, designing AI architecture, reasoning, learning loops, reliability and evaluation frameworks, and eventually leading the AI engineering team.

Requirements

• Proven experience deploying applied AI systems into production and maintaining them in real‑world use.
• Experience taking LLM‑powered applications from prototype to production with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
• Strong background building applied AI systems rather than conducting pure ML or model research.
• Deep understanding of modern agentic AI architectures and workflows.
• Expertise with evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and AI system reliability (preferred).
• Experience identifying failure modes and designing robust mitigation strategies (preferred).
• Strong Python development skills and experience building production‑grade AI applications (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and make architectural decisions (preferred).
