About the role
The Ford Pro Upfitter Specialist leads the relationship with upfitters, evaluates their compliance with the Upfitter Qualification Program, drives enrollment and certification, advises fleet customers, and represents Ford Pro at industry events, traveling extensively to support customers and partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years automotive or manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of operations and engineering quality processes
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70% as needed
- Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and cross‑functional partnerships (preferred)
- Ability to analyze fleet needs, product timing, and total cost of ownership (preferred)
- Knowledge of upfitter operations, commercial vehicle solutions, and Ford Pro systems (preferred)
- Residency on the East Coast or South East (preferred)
