The role oversees daily and weekly production execution for an assigned manufacturing area, leads a team of 10‑30 technicians, drives performance, quality and safety, and collaborates with scheduling and maintenance to ensure audit‑ready, efficient shop‑floor operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team, shift or cross‑functional project
- Strong operational judgment with ability to pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- High accountability and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing changing priorities and dynamic production schedules
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible for required ITAR authorizations
