Facilities Manager

About the role

The strategic Facilities Manager will own the global workplace footprint, leading site strategy, budgeting and major projects such as build‑outs and new office openings, while managing regional office managers and building scalable facilities frameworks for a high‑growth AI company.

Requirements

• 5‑8 years in facilities or workplace strategy, with proven experience managing multi‑site office portfolio.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling workplace strategy in step with business growth, ideally in a high‑growth tech company.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives such as office buildouts, relocations, and market entries from planning through delivery.
• Experience managing a team, including coaching, development, and direction for office managers or similar direct reports.
• Experience negotiating leases, vendor contracts, and master service agreements at a portfolio level.
• Experience with global or international office operations, including regional compliance, cultural, and logistical considerations.
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing campus events and daily activities, in partnership with internal stakeholders, to foster a high‑energy, engaged workplace.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, translating high‑level business/geo strategy into concrete facilities plans.
