About the role

The Experienced Generator Technician will service and repair commercial generators on cell‑phone towers for Pearce’s telecom portfolio, performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and on‑call support while traveling independently and adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of generator and electrical maintenance experience; three or more years preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of generator installations, maintenance and repair; familiarity with electronic, mechanical and electrical components.
  • Basic knowledge of relevant FCC, FAA, EPA and OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to comply with OSHA standards and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting over 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
  • Capability to drive long distances and work flexible hours, including on‑call duties.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
