About the role
The Senior Business Systems Analyst joins the Provider Clinical Service Desk as a senior agent, handling inbound Epic EHR clinical support calls and self‑service tickets in a 24x7x365 remote environment across North America. The role drives incident resolution, mentors staff, and contributes to knowledge base improvement while maintaining flexibility to meet coverage needs.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare systems customer service
- Must reside in the United States
- 1‑3 years clinical care delivery experience (preferred)
- 1‑3 years experience supporting Epic, including implementation, build, or ongoing operational support (preferred)
- Strong experience with Epic clinical workflows and functionality (preferred)
- Epic Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules (preferred)
- Demonstrated service‑oriented mindset when working with clinicians, end users, and colleagues (preferred)
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support decision‑making and process improvement (preferred)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (preferred)
- Prior team leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience (additional preferred)
- Experience integrating Epic or other EMR systems with ancillary or third‑party clinical systems (additional preferred)
