About the role
The Business Systems Analysis Senior Specialist joins the Clinical Service Desk team to remotely support Epic clinical applications, handling incidents, requests, and user access issues while maintaining service level agreements, developing knowledge resources, and mentoring desk staff.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years healthcare systems customer‑service experience
- 5+ years experience in Epic implementation, build and support
- 5+ years experience in clinical care delivery
- Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules
- Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
- Demonstrated service philosophy in interactions with clinicians and colleagues
- Previous team leadership experience
- Experience with EMR system integration with other clinical systems
- Experience in Epic clinical workflows and functionality (preferred)
