About the role

The Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle to drive adoption of Anthropic’s safe frontier AI within large enterprises, securing strategic deals, shaping the value proposition with GTM, product and marketing teams, and helping customers embed and deploy AI while advancing ethical AI development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience driving adoption of emerging technologies with a consultative, solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals by understanding technical requirements and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Ability to navigate dynamic stakeholder ecosystems, build consensus and provide innovative solutions to diverse groups.
  • Extensive experience negotiating highly complex, customized commercial agreements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets in fast‑paced organizations by managing an evolving pipeline and sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting and building connections from individual contributors to C‑level executives.
  • “Roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” team player mentality and talent for bringing order to chaos.
  • Strategic, analytical market assessment combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities.
  • Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and a strong commitment to safe AI development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience in a relevant field.
  • Willingness to work in an office at least 25% of the time under the hybrid policy.
