Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Programming or equivalent experience
- 5+ years leading complex, high‑impact, highly technical programs with strategic implications
- 5+ years as a Technical Product/Program Manager with ability to work autonomously on ambiguous technical problems
- Proven influence across multiple teams, product lines and leadership on strategy, capacity management and process adherence
- Strong architectural understanding of software development lifecycles, data science lifecycles, cloud platforms, integration points and enterprise scalability
- 5+ years expert‑level proficiency in Agile, Kanban, Scaled Agile, Waterfall and advanced Jira configuration, automation and reporting
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or similar technical field
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge senior business leaders and technical architects/engineers
