The Engineering Manager will lead a team of 6‑10 full‑stack engineers building cloud‑native, generative AI‑enabled SaaS products for enterprise finance, driving technical excellence, product delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration while fostering a high‑performance engineering culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams delivering SaaS products, preferably B2B/enterprise
• 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience leading complex projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency with modern full‑stack technologies (Node.js, React/TypeScript, Python) and AI/ML‑enabled solutions (LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows)
• Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs and embedding‑based retrieval into production SaaS, including prompt design, evaluation, and guardrails
• Strong Python skills, data structures, OOP, REST APIs (FastAPI), JSON, and shell scripting
• Expertise integrating with AWS or other commercial cloud services
• Strong background in system design, data modeling (RDBMS/NoSQL), and scalable microservices architectures
• Demonstrated ability to attract, mentor, and lead high‑performing, geographically distributed engineering teams
• Strong project management, agile processes, and product delivery track record
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business audiences
• Must be located in or near Hyderabad, Telangana
• Preferred: Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalent
• Preferred: Exposure to deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) for integration and inference
• Preferred: Experience in FinTech or financial domain
• Preferred: Familiarity with emerging AI tools and technologies on GenAI
• Preferred: Track record of building and scaling engineering organizations at startup/growth‑stage companies
• Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise integrations (SSO, email, etc.) and multi‑tenant SaaS environments
