About the role

The Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor designs, delivers, coordinates and evaluates multi‑state electrical apprenticeship programs using the NCCER curriculum, provides bilingual (English/Spanish) instruction, mentors apprentices, tracks performance metrics and supports hiring and promotion decisions as a subject‑matter expert.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years experience as an industrial or commercial electrician, preferably leading crews.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, installation practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience mentoring or training apprentices or field teams.
  • High school diploma; technical certifications, journeyman/master credentials, or NCCER qualifications.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Latin American Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Foreman‑level experience or higher (preferred).
  • NCCER Certified Instructor or willingness to obtain certification (preferred).
  • Prior experience managing or facilitating trade training programs (preferred).
