About the role
The Senior Data Engineer (EDW Developer Senior) leads design, implementation, optimization, and support of complex enterprise data engineering solutions, provides technical leadership for Power Platform and AI‑infused pipelines, partners with architects, analysts and business stakeholders, and mentors engineers in a fully remote, full‑time capacity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, software development, or related technical role
- Strong SQL experience, including complex query optimization and data preparation
- Experience with cloud‑based data platforms or enterprise data environments
- Proven ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable data solutions
- Experience with version control (Git) and scripting, preferably Python
- Experience designing and implementing Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)
- Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines and governed architectures for AI/ML workloads
- Preferred exposure to healthcare data concepts, regulated environments, or data privacy fundamentals
- Preferred exposure to data quality validation or basic data governance concepts
- Epic Cogito Fundamentals (COG170) certification within 12 months of hire
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL‑900) certification within 12 months of hire
- Caboodle Data Model (CDW110v) certification within 12 months of hire
- Caboodle Development Fundamentals (CDW300v) or Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure (DP‑203) certification within 12 months of hire
- Preferred Caboodle Development for Clarity Data (CDW320) certification
- Preferred Caboodle Development for Non‑Clarity Data (CDW330) certification
- Preferred Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure (DP‑600) certification
