Requirements
- 4–8+ years experience in operations, strategy, investment or high‑growth technology environments delivering outsized outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems.
- Proven track record of owning initiatives end‑to‑end and achieving measurable results.
- Interest in learning and using new technologies; hands‑on mindset; hard technical skills a plus.
- Comfortable influencing technical and non‑technical teams without formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence through clarity and logic.
- High ownership mindset, treating gaps as personal responsibility.
- Excited by early‑stage environments with shifting priorities and visible impact.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, AI or capital‑intensive businesses is a plus.
