About the role
The role architects and scales the HR function for Flexport’s rapidly expanding fulfillment network, partnering with operations leaders to transition from a contingent to a full‑time workforce across multiple states, building HR capabilities, ensuring compliance and driving culture.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading HR functions in multi‑site, large‑scale operational environments such as fulfillment, logistics or manufacturing
- Deep expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations for large non‑exempt workforces
- Demonstrated success building and scaling HR capabilities in new regions or rapidly expanding organizations
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws, claim management, and multi‑state compliance requirements, especially in NJ, WI, TX, GA, and CA
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- A compliance‑first attitude to keep regulators satisfied in a heavily regulated industry
